Lorraine specializes in Interpersonal Communication and Educational Pedagogy - understanding the theory and practice of how to teach and/or train people effectively. At New Quest Coaching & Consulting, Lorraine works with the rest of the team to ensure that all client projects, from the first stage to the final outcome are well organized, designed and implemented to the professional standard that New Quest Coaching & Consulting is recognized for. Lorraine has fifteen years teaching experience in classrooms, online and in one-on-one tutorials, from the Primary to Post-secondary level. She has worked in reading intervention projects for both UCC and UVIC and is currently working as a facilitator of the Respectful Relationships Program for students in the Kamloops School District. She has extensive experience as a copy editor for students, authors, and professionals. Lorraine holds a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) from the University College of the Cariboo (now Thompson Rivers University) and a Bachelors of Education (Honours) from UBC. She is a member of the Kamloops Citizens Promoting Respectful Relationships Society and is a Registered Nutritional Product Advisor. When not at work, she loves exercise and the outdoors, is an avid gardener and cook, and spends (blissfully) most of her time with her three fabulous daughters. |
