Sasja is an organizational development and human resources consultant with extensive experience in government, tourism and healthcare as well as private sector. Her areas of expertise include leadership and team development, strategic communication, conflict resolution, employee engagement, organizational change and healthy workplaces. Sasja’s consulting practice is shaped in particular by her passion for developing healthier workplaces, relationships, and individuals – people who feel physically energized, emotionally connected, mentally focused and aligned with a sense of purpose. Well known for her work in communication and conflict resolution, Sasja is an expert at helping people create the relationships they need to succeed – one conversation at a time. A dynamic and inspirational speaker, trainer, and facilitator, she has delivered keynote speeches for the Conference Board of Canada, the Alberta Human Resource Management Association, and various organizations and associations within Alberta and British Columbia. As a coach, Sasja is passionate about working with individuals and relationships (partners, teams, organizations). Her vision is to inspire others to develop their full potential in the areas of personal leadership and relationship management, honouring the unique path everyone must take to developing a successful and fulfilling life. Sasja holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Lethbridge. She is currently completing her coaching certification through the world leading Coaches Training Institute, and is furthering her education in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching through the Center for Right Relationship. A member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), renowned for its globally recognized credentialing program, Sasja is also actively involved in the Vancouver ICF Chapter. Sasja is a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and certified facilitator for Achieve Global, a leader in the field of training and development for organizations, teams and leaders. |
