Our most popular keynote! In the spring of 2008, New Quest Coaching & Consulting launched one of the largest multigenerational workforce surveys in British Columbia. The survey asked over 4000 employees from four different age groups (generations) from a variety of different organizations what it takes to attract and recruit them and also what can be done to retain and engage them once they are employed.
